Dr. Tannous began his career in the mortgage industry, working his way up from the post-closing department to establishing his own mortgage company in 2004. Despite the challenges posed by the 2009 financial crisis, he continued to excel, eventually founding Alliance Realty & Financial Services, Inc. in 2018. This company, headquartered in Jacksonville, FL, has grown to become a multi-state licensed mortgage and real estate brokerage.

Originally from the suburbs of Philadelphia, Dr. Tannous relocated to Jacksonville, Florida, in 1998 and returned to the Philadelphia area in 2020 to once again relocate in 2024 to expand his business in Texas.
